Bruce Beach is a successful entrepreneur who co-founded several prominent companies, including Electric, the sports eyewear company. Together with Kip Arnette, Beach launched the global premium sport and lifestyle accessory brand in 2000. In addition to snow goggles and sunglasses, the company made a wide range of outdoor equipment, such as watches and backpacks. After 13 years with Electric, Beach stepped down in April 2013. In 2009, Beach had co-founded another company, Peligroso Tequila, a coveted spirit brand that aims to make tequila accessible to celebrities, athletes, and the general population all at once. He left Peligroso in January 2014. That same month he co-founded Depactus, a boardshort and apparel brand. With Depactus - which stands for “deep set”, Beach wanted to create products that represented their target audience while encouraging movement and adventure.

All of Beach’s ventures have come out of San Clemente, California, an area he credits with giving him the inspiration necessary for his surf-inspired lifestyle brands.
